The Party

Hello everyone, so lets see so today we spent the morning on our test. It was a lot easier then i was expecting, which was great. After the test we went to the lab and washed pottery. Then around 11 we all headed off to see the Castle, in Salemi. It was very cool we got to explore most of the building, it was cool to walk up all the twisty staircases. After the Castle we all went back to the house and washed some more pottery. Then we started to set up for the party. I helped cut fruit for a fruit salad, which was  delicious by the way. Then everyone took showers and the girls got all beautiful. It was the first time since i left the states that i was able to get all dressed up. So the party was great the G.O.E boys had a huge grill and they cooked all the meat and some potato things.  There was tons of wine and beer, someone brought these little coconut dessert things, they were my favorite. There was music and dancing, and karaoke. Yeah i totally rocked at the karaoke haha... So the party was half time for a break/ Emily “a fellow student” birthday. So we got a cake and candles. And the G.O.E got her flowers, and sang happy Birthday to her.  It was such a fun night. It was so cool to be able to relax, and cut lose after two weeks of tough work.
